We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Die Wohnung liegt in Hanglage mit Wunderschöner Aussicht ins Rheintal und auf die Schweizer Berge. Sie ist 60m² groß, hat eine überdachte Terrasse und einen kleinen Garten. Bregenz befindet sich in unmittelbarer nähe (2km) und ist gut erreichbar mit Bus, Auto, Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß. Da die Autobahn in der Nähe ist und wir in hanglage uns befinden hört man den Verkehr wenn man in Garten sitzt. Sonst fährt kaum ein Auto direkt beim Haus vorbei da wir das vorletzte Haus in eine Sackgasse sind.

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Wir bieten in unserem ehemaligen, neu umgebauten Stall eine einfache, aber mit allem ausgestattete 44 qm große Unterkunft für unkomplizierte Gäste. Unser Hof liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Wir betreiben eine Bio Landwirtschaft mit Kühen, Hühner, Pferde und Katzen. Unser Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und bei Regen gibt es eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Für ein Kind ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, auch ein Reisebett kann untergebracht werden. Caravan "Pauline"

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.20, children 6-15 €0.70 per day.
