This is our newly refurbished self contained ground floor flat expecting families of 4 who come for the nearby beach. Private lock box entrance and off road parking. Leave the apartment via a private gate to the beach path 100m across the common and you are on the beautiful beach. Rest Bay is a large sandy beach famous for surfing with rock pools and pebbles around the edge.The coastal path walk in both directions is spectacular. 20 minutes walk along the promenade to the town of Porthcawl.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located hideaway. The apartment is just 5 minute walk to the beach and local shops . There are 3 pubs close by and a lovely green area with park for young children. The flat has a single and double room with a sofa bed in the lounge area.
