Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
