The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

This stylish studio loft apartment offers a very convenient location for a handy, charming stopover. Near to Birmingham airport and NEC, Warwick, Henley in Arden, Stratford upon Avon to name but a few. The apartment comprises cosy bedroom area, open plan living area with comfy sofas, smart tv, dining / kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a loo and basin (please note there’s no shower in the loft but we can give access to the downstairs shower room). Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.
