All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. High speed WiFi, central heating, off road parking (subject to vehicle size).

The private decking will let you unwind whilst taking in the local wildlife and enjoying views of the local countryside. There are endless footpaths on your doorstep and the local pub a 10 min walk & Farm cafe a 20 min walk. Close to Wimborne Minster with beaches,30 mins and The New Forest is 15 mins by car. Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Tucked away in a pretty cottage garden, this cosy 4 Star 17th century thatched cottage makes a lovely holiday retreat. A 20 minute walk takes you to the delightful market town of Wimborne Minster. Just a short drive away, is the popular seaside town of Bournemouth with its miles of sandy beaches leading to the Purbecks for stunning coastal walks. We can’t wait to meet you! Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
