This private timber-framed guesthouse is a stone's throw from Seymour Lake and a ten minute drive from downtown Smithers. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and is situated on a large forested property. Our place is perfect for couples looking to get away; fishers, hunters, and skiers searching for a home base; and travellers wanting to experience the British Columbian wilderness. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate kids due to the lake front access.

We are located on 1.5 miles of private Bulkley River frontage and world class fishing. It is 5 minute walk to the river. This is a quiet rural setting 10 minutes to Smithers. The neighbourhood is quiet with beautiful views and great walking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities. Great for couples, families w children, solo, business travellers and perfect for fishermen . The suite has a private entrance, clean and comfy. A few acres just minutes from Smithers downtown. The Cottage's vista views up to Hudson Bay peaks. Kathlyn Creek meanders through the property, making for a great summer and winter retreat. It may be a "wee" Cottage, but a kid's loft and en-suite bedroom make for a cozy getaway for a family or two friends. Kids under 10 are free to stay with their parents. The cabin is 100% off-grid, with a full kitchen and living room area, loft bedroom, shower, and outhouse.

Eagle Cabin at Rocky Ridge Resort

In our Eagle Cabin you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with indoor plumbing and one with a shower, an open living room with a wood stove for frosty winter days, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed downstairs, one queen size and two single beds upstairs. So up to 6 people can stay there. We have free Wi-fi on the property but not inside the cabins. There is no cell service at the Resort and there is no power in the cabins, everything works with propane.

Lakeside Bachelor Pad

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this cute bachelor pad on the lake. You will be staying on the upper floor of a shop right on the shore of Round Lake. This is a small space, with just 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom and a small living area. But what we lack in size we make up for in the morning view. 6 min drive to the Quick bridge and the beautiful Bulkley River; and 9 min drive to Telkwa and all the amazing fishing it has to offer.

Cozy Downtown Residence

Located half a block from Main Street, many amenities within walking distance. This is a cozy suite in a stand alone house. It has a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. It has one queen sized bed in a large bedroom. We can also provide a single sized foam mattress for the floor upon request for a third guest. For those with mobility issues there are three steps to enter. Please note that we have a smart tv for streaming services, no cable connection
