Wainford Mill House is a stunning, spacious riverside house, which is part of a large former maltings/watermill building just outside Bungay. The house sleeps 12+2 people. You will have access to riverside gardens, a small boat and a wood-fired pizza oven. There is also a wood-fired sauna cabin on an adjacent plot called the Secret Sauna (book a slot early to avoid disappointment-details on request). We have also recently opened a speciality coffeeshop opposite, open Thurs/Fridays and weekends.

Our small 18th century barn is the converted village forge and is perfect for any time of year - a cosy winter break by the wood burner or summer outdoors in the private cottage garden. We're in a central village location, in a forgotten quiet part of Suffolk known as The Saints. Surrounded by beautiful walking and cycling countryside, yet only 15 miles from Suffolk's best beaches and Southwold. The barn shows it's heritage with beams and vaulted ceilings, yet has a modern open plan layout.

Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We're back after a 12-month break to host a perfect dog friendly, secluded, rural hideaway with private parking and separate entrance, positioned next to the historic WW2 Metfield Airfields, in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The accommodation has a double bed, wood burner, seating area, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. The 4 acre grounds are secure so dogs can roam free. Please note the property is a separate building, adjacent to the main house.
