Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. This property is on the Goldfields walking track and mountain bike track. It is in Creswick which is part of the central highlands goldfields. It is 20 kms from Ballarat and Sovereign Hill and 25kms from Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. It is close to town. You can walk to the supermarket, patisserie, 2 hotels, the wine bar, museum and the other amenities. The walking track goes to St George’s lake in the Wombat Forest. There are many birds; cockatoos, rosellas, kookaburras in the garden.

Stone Cottage offers old world charm with modern amenities. You will not be sharing with any others. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the main sitting area has a single bed. . Our delightful 2 bedroom self contained cottage called Bonnie Views has unparalleled views - set high on a hill overlooking the historic township of Clunes. Peaceful and tranquil the birds sing in the morning. At night watch the sun set over Mount Beckworth while having a wine on the deck. Clunes hosts many annual events including Booktown (International) in May each year. Our cafes, hotel and local shops are brimming with signs of welcome. So why not come and see for yourself!

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Ruby is a clean, comfortable tiny house. A little oasis in a beautiful garden. Great for a cosy winter escape on your own or with your favorite person. Located only 10 mins walk from the city centre and all that Ballarat has to offer. Walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants that are in the centre.
