A quick and easy walk to parks, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. A short 15 minute drive to the Snowbowl, 45 minutes to Sedona, and about an hour to the Grand Canyon. *Completely private studio with it's own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and parking. *Queen size Sleep Number bed as well as a day bed. The whole space is very comfortable for 2, but can accommodate 3 snugly. *Day bed is only long enough for someone 5'6'' or shorter. *The space is not a good fit for cigarette smokers as hosts are allergic. 78 miles to Grand Canyon 5 miles to N.A.U 4 miles to downtown 20 miles to SnowBowl Ski Resort 1/4 mile from National Forest and hiking.
