Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Located in the trendy south Jonson St area, you will be able to take an easy stroll through the Byron village to Main Beach. Apartment 4 is set over 3 levels and features modern interiors throughout. The living space is open plan, with a modern kitchen, living and dining area opening on to the deck.
