Cosy Seaside Cottage - coastal walks/beaches

The Dinghy - A traditional Fishermans cottage, it is one of the oldest properties, nestled into the coastal village of Coverack. It been in our family for around 200 years. It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

Narnia is a self-contained self-catering annex in the heart of the Lizard village with wonderful sea views. Set back in a peaceful cul-de-sac, Narnia is just a stone's throw from all the local amenities, including Coast, a superb restaurant, and the friendly pubs and shops. A number of beautiful beaches and landmarks are close-by, affording stunning sights all year-round. Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

If you’re looking for a quiet corner of Cornwall, where you can hear the sound of waves from your bed and drink tea from your sun-drenched terrace, this is the place for you. From the entrance, Mariners looks like a charming little beach bungalow. But, step through the doors into two spacious floors of complete calm and serenity. With views from almost every room, moments from the water’s edge, and a crackling fire for those cosy nights. This is coastal Cornwall at its best!

There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

Praze Barn on the Lizard Peninsula, Cornwall

Praze Barn has a private garden with BBQ for the summer and indoors a woodburner for colder months. Our visitors are attracted to the South West Coastal Path - Kynance Cove, Lizard Point and the beautiful village of Cadgwith are all within walking distance.

The Bull House is a unique barn in a beautiful, quiet and rural setting. It looks out across fields and woodlands at the back of Enys gardens, in the heart of the Mylor countryside.
