The beach at Saint Andrew's State Park and Mexico Beach are only 30 minutes away! This home is basically brand new; built in 2021 with beautiful finishes. The main bedroom features a king size bed with custom upholstered bed and down comforter.

It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

A minimalist approach to comfort and value! Small Studio with shared walls as there are other rentals. But NO shared spaces. Has a full PRIVATE kitchen, full PRIVATE Laundry and nice private bathroom with tub. Only 650yards to the white sugary sands of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Perfect and comfortable for a couple and can accommodate a child or 3rd wheel on a chair that converts to a bed(not super comfy but will do) Smart TV.
