Guests have 24/7 access to the host, when necessary, as I live in the detached main house.

With panoramic views from inside and out you’ll have amazing sunsets and spectacular views of the lake. The nighttime views of the stars and the Northern Lights are even better! Inside there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, sit in front of the fireplace, relax in the jacuzzi tub or even play a game of pool. Just a short drive to Eagle River, Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor.

Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Queen sized bed with additional pullout couch (about full sz) and toddler bed.

We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.

Safe Travels

Welcome to a century old mining house! A Very comfortable home with a large double lot. Located in the middle of paradise with Lake Superior not far from us in any direction. Less than a 1/2 mile from the main snowmobile/Atv trail, close to Mont Ripley, Swedetown, Mont Bohemia. We are centrally located between Houghton (20 miles away), Copper Harbor (25 miles away) and Calumet (5 miles). A great value.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the Copper Country

This special place, located next door to the store Birds Eye, is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located directly off US-41, it is the perfect location to visit all things Keweenaw. If you are attending an event at one of our many schools in the area, exploring the Copper Country, or need some extra space when visiting relatives, Birds Eye Rental is the perfect place.

Franklin Place

Our home is centrally located in the heart of the Keweenaw. It’s an old mining house that we’ve just recently renovated, so we’re still working on getting it to be at its best for our guests. Historical sites and a wide variety of attractions are found near here, such as: hiking and biking trails, ATV and snowmobile trails (one comes out right across the road), museums, restaurants, and more.

Ski Street House

The Ski Street house is in Calumets Swedetown division. The house is located on ATV, biking, hiking and ski trails for year round recreational fun. The Swedetown ponds and the recreational area are 1/4 mile from the house. Along the trails are apple trees, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and choke cherries for picking during the summer. Winter parking 2 available spots.
