You will have your own private entry and it is completely separate to the main house. This Airbnb is the perfect Tassie getaway - it is just a stones throw away (5 mins) from the Cole Valley Winery Route, boutique breweries, and the 7 Mile Beach. The Hobart city centre, including world renowned Salamanca Market are all under 15 minutes away. Port Arthur is only 50 mins away.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

Private Leafy Escape in Lindisfarne, Hobart This entire guest suite (annex to the main house) is perfect for 2 adults, featuring a private entrance, ensuite with a spa tub, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle), and a complimentary continental breakfast with cereal, tea, coffee. Enjoy free parking, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Close to Salamanca Market (15 mins), MONA (20 mins), Richmond Village (25 mins), and Hobart CBD (10-15 mins). Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.
