Gîte du Lot - Petit Colombier

Nous vous proposons un gîte spacieux au Temple/Lot, charmant village du Lot-et-Garonne.Cette annonce concerne le gîte du Petit Colombier (75 m²), confortable et bien équipé pouvant accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes. À 300 mètres des berges du Lot, profitez d’une terrasse avec salon de jardin, barbecue, terrain de pétanque et balançoire. Vélos à disposition, paddle, pédalo et canoë sur demande. Voie verte accessible à 30 mètres, plage à 5 km à Castelmoron-sur-Lot. Idéal pour se ressourcer au calme.

Gîte Moulin de Lausseignan dans cadre bucolique

Le gîte du Moulin de Lausseignan est une petite maison mitoyenne d un autre gite en pierre nichée au cœur de notre propriété installée près d’un ruisseau appelé Larebuson sur un terrain clos de plus d’un hectare de prairie, fruitiers et arbres centenaires. Un environnement naturel bucolique idéal pour un moment de détente avec son étang et ruisseau qui comblera les amoureux, les familles, les gourmands ou encore les voyageurs désireux de faire une petite halte dans notre belle région.

Le Grand Pigeonnier

Chateau Grimard was built at the end of the 13th century and is immediately next to the river Lot. It is set amongst vineyards and sun flower fields, with 8 hectares of land all of which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Guests can swim in the river, kayak, and there is also a large shared salt water swimming pool . The historic town of Puy L’Eveque is five minutes drive away. Bookings are accepted from a Saturday to a Saturday only.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Riverside gite with views

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Ambiance campagne chic pour cette maison se trouvant au coeur du village médiéval de Puy-l'Évêque. Au calme, à deux pas des berges du Lot, avec petit coin terrasse. Vous avez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable, équipement bébé disponible sur demande, ce logement est idéal pour les amoureux..! Un joli petit nid douillet.. Je vous invite également à venir découvrir l'univers et les gourmandises de mon salon de thé situé juste au dessus du gîte..!

In the medieval section of the historic gem of Cahors, in the breathtaking Lot valley in southern France, a spacious, light-filled, riverside 4 bedroom with a large and open living room, dining room, and kitchen. On the banks of the Lot, swimming, boating, fishing, all readily available, with an easy walk to the entire town, its extraordinary farmer's market and abundance of shops, as well its train station. Toulouse only about an hour's drive or train ride away.

The house is surrounded with wide wooded garden (2500m2) A secured parking lot (100m2) is accessible for the guest. The access is a private road, common with 3 other houses. situer a 15 minutes du circuit automobile de nogaro et 10 minutes de la cure thermale de barbotan les thermes après vous avait la ferme au cerf du houga a 10 minutes,vous avait également la piscine du village à 5 min ouverte juillet août .vous pourrez également faire de la barque dans notre etang et vous baigner! Nous vous proposont aussi la Pêche aux écrevisses.

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Gelegen aan rivier de Lot. Je verblijft in een oude watermolen op loopafstand van een pittoresk middeleeuws stadje. Heerlijk relaxen in een ligstoel op een privé strandje aan de rivier. Er ligt een 1 of 2 persoons moderne onzinkbare sit on top kayak waarmee je de prachtige rivier af kunt peddelen.
