A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.
