The Miner cabin is small & cozy with one room and a full bath with shower. There is a counter with a two eye burner plug-in stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and a mini fridge. Coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, basic cookware, and dishes are supplied. The cabin sits as one of six across from the historic Paxton Lodge. It is walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our private sand beach. We have a few walking/hiking trails on the property, or drive to others. Lawn games and more!

Located in the heart of mid-town with walkability to restaurants and shopping! We love Susanville and Lassen County! Discover what Life in the Ville is all about. 1620 1/2 is at the center of it all. At the bottom of our hill next to the Community Garden is the Susan River Trail. Maybe go for a stroll on your way to coffee or hit up the two walkable grocery stores or explore our beautiful trails, lakes, high desert scapes and mountains. Please enjoy Susanville and while you are here, just relax!

Little Dipper - Tranquility

The single-level studio is perfect for a couple or business travel. Amenities include a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, induction cooktop, grill, electric fireplace, washer and dryer, luxury cotton linens, and a king mattress. Filtered lake views on a quiet street with plenty of driveway parking for vehicles and RV hookups (220V hookup may also be used for EVs). Walking distance to Knotty Pines Marina, Big Cove, and Lake Almanor Resorts, restaurants, and a convenience store.

This guest-house cabin is nestled on our family’s 5 acres in the pine forests of the Sierra Nevadas. Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Recharge in solitude or get out-and-about to enjoy the countryside. There is nearby hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, & swimming. Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

Cozy Boho Cottage

Our little cottage is just right for a couple, or single guest who wants a relaxing space for exploring Chester and surrounding areas. We have a full kitchen. The bathroom & shower is small. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a TV. The living room has a 50 inch TV. The main source of heat is a wood stove (wood is provided) we also have 2 portable heaters. The house is small and only 500 sq ft. It is located in the back, behind another house. Parking area is in front of the cottage.

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.

Storybook Suite

We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Oak Knoll

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

Sweet Mountain Suite

One bedroom attached suite. Directly across the highway from “South Park” mountain bike trails. Hiking trails and swimming holes near by, fenced in backyard with a forest view and just 4 minute drive from downtown Quincy, Ca! Large parking area for oversized vehicles. The one full bed is mostly ideal for one person.
