The Indoor-outdoor lifestyle is perfect for alfresco living. Take a 4 minute stroll to a sandy beach, or chill by the pool. A bungalow directly overlooking the sea, rocks and gardens in a well maintained complex. Light, spacious with 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The gardens surround the bungalow on 3 sides with a private area for braaing. Well located for easy access to Hermanus centre, restaurants, beaches, golfing and Fernkloof Nature Reserve and a front row view of the ocean for whale watching in wintertime. There is a new log burning stove & portable heaters. There is no central heating.
