Wifi is FIBER OPTICS. All beaches in the country are public by law. It is rocky but there is a pond perfect for all ages. We have a caretaker, (cuidador) living in the property wit wife and small daughter -and Pewee, the dog-.

Hike the trails on our 12 acres, stretch/meditate down by the river, and splash in the waterfall to cool off midday.
