The Mini Kiwi is a perfect getaway. This private apartment is on the first floor. Private entry. There is a living area with ROKU TV. Kitchen area has a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge. We provide coffee and filters. There are beach chairs and a wagon you can use. You are welcome to use the outside common area to watch a game, grill, enjoy a fire on a cool evening.

The homes, recently profiled in the New York Times, Coastal Living and Apartment Therapy feature modern and well-equipped interior spaces situated in a peaceful and private setting.
This pet friendly unit in a triplex is cool and comfortable. Just a short walk to all beach, boardwalk, restaurants and entertainment venues. One Bedroom w/queen bed and large sofa in living room. Take off the cushions off the back of the sofa and this is nearly as wide as a single bed. We are pet friendly however our max is 2 We charge an additional fee for the pets which is $50/one and $75 /two. This is in addition to our standard cleaning fee.
Co říkají hosté:“Roztomilé místo opravdu blízko k přístavu a ke všem slavnostem promenády. Místo bylo o něco větší, než jsem očekával na základě popisu, který byl skvělý. Na verandu obrazovky a venkovní sprchu se místo opravdu cítilo mnohem větší. Kuchyň je ve srovnání s jinými místy AirBnB, která jsme použili, dobře vybavena. Měli jsme dostatek nástrojů / pánví pro jednoduchá jídla a ocenili jsme i olivový olej a pepř! Když jsme tam byli, neměli jsme s místem problémy, ale přihlásili jsme se s oběma majiteli, když jsme do nich narazili a byli pohostinní a zeptali se na náš pobyt. Nechtěl bych váhat zůstat tady znovu, nebo na někoho jejich výpisy v této věci! Skvělá hodnota a umístění.”
