E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Cowshed Cottage on The Greenway & the Sea

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. This luxurious cottage located on a working sheep farm overlooks the Tay Valley at Durrow Viaduct. This beautiful cottage enjoys a wonderfully appointed site with a view of the Greenway to the south and the Comeragh mountains to the west. This property has been tastefully renovated to ensure our guests experience a modern, comfortable and relaxing base while enjoying the many attractions the area has to offer or simply relax and unwind in the tranquil atmosphere the cottage evokes.

Cosy cow house

The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is Only 2km from the Mo Waterford green way. A 2 minute walk to award winning Stradbally village. Strictly a no smoking policy

The Outhouse, Sceach House. Greenway 10 min .

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.

The Lodge

This new house is in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the N25 but feels as though you are in the heart of the countryside. It is in the ideal location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. It is: - 7 min drive to nearest Greenway entrance at Durrow. - 10 min drive to Clonea beach - 9 min drive to Dungarvan - 4 min to nearest shops - 8 min to Crough woods - 11 min to Coumshingaun Lake trail - 3 min to Bridgie Terries pub/restaurant.
