Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Keene and Keene Valley trail heads are only minutes away. The cabin has 3 acres of wooded property with a front driveway as well as a back access drivweway which is nice to walk. There is strong Wifi World Class Fishing, Ausable Rivers are close This is our family cabin. Enjoy it as we have.

Owl’s Landing Cottage is located high up in the foothills of the Sentential Mountain Range in scenic Keene NY, "Heart of the High Peaks." Keene is a major destination for hikers, climbers, skiers, anglers, artists and other adventurous and creative types. Trailheads and the East Branch Ausable River are easily accessible from the cottage. In Keene you’ll find locally-owned shops, markets, and cafes. We are 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain, an Olympic Ski Resort and 15 minutes from Lake Placid.

Adirondack Cabin is located 2 minutes away from Whiteface Mountain, 15 minutes away from all Lake Placid Olympic destinations and convenient for any hiking destination of the High Peaks. Built in 2006, the cabin has everything you need to spend a holiday season with your family. It features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a game room with three single beds, with 2 additional mattresses. You are welcome to use BBQ grill on the patio, firepit by the valley stream or enjoy a full kitchen.

Foosball and huge connect 4 in the lower level plus puzzles and games! All of this makes this a perfect vacation home for all ages to unwind and make memories!

A-frame w/ sauna near Whiteface & Lake Placid, NY

This chalet-style cabin sits quietly in the woods with stunning, natural views and a new, private sauna. The home is in the Adirondack Park near Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Lake Placid, and Keene Valley, with endless opportunities for outdoor exploration & adventure year-round. Guests have access to hiking and x-country ski trails, river swimming and fishing points, and tennis courts. Enjoy the sauna, shuffleboard, record players, karaoke machine, wood stove, and fire pit at the cabin.

Fountains Cabin

This basic cabin is centrally located on Rt 73 close to climbing cliffs and trailheads. With a private setting in the woods it offers a great base for your Adirondack adventures. Please note that this accommodation will be a „GLAMPING“ experience. The cabin HAS NO SHOWER and a limited supply of 5 gallons of water. It is not impervious to the outdoors. Although the cabin is regularly cleaned thoroughly there will be the occasional bug or spider crawling along minding its own business.

JUNIPER HILL cabin

Juniper Hill cabin is a new construction two bedroom/one bathroom home situated in Wilmington, NY. This cabin sits in the heart of the Adirondack mountains and is minutes to outdoor adventure of all kinds! Only five minutes to Whiteface Mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown Lake Placid, the convenience of the location is key for both outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to just getaway and relax in nature. The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.
