In fact the freshness of the room is thank to "exterior insulation and finishing system" (EIFS). Prices are low. The breakfast room has a little cooking corner with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Nuova struttura nata nel 2015, immersa negli splendidi vigneti della Valpolicella. Struttura dotata di giardino, smart TV, cucina attrezzata con pentole, stoviglie, forno, microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie e piano cottura, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale. È in un contesto agricolo. E' quindi possibile il passaggio di macchinari agricoli che creano rumore, sia in giorni festivi che in orari mattutini. Animali ammessi su richiesta e potrebbe essere chiesto un supplemento.

The guest suite is part of the XVII century villa belonging to the family, in which the owners live. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The suite has a King size double bed, sofa-bed, kitchen, dinning table and bathroom. There is a separate entrance and another entrance leading to common areas: atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection.
