You can enjoy swimming at the home's private beach in summer, leaf-peeping in fall, and bird watching in spring. The house is located 5 minutes from downtown Guilford.

Dog-friendly and family friendly. Safe beach for swimming, can walk to Cedar Island with children at low tide. Internet, tv, office space.

Property is located close to restaurants and many outdoor activities including the town beach and docks. There is a pass available to bring a car to the Clinton town beach.
