Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. The private suite is an addition to our home with its own exterior entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and small dining area. This space is most comfortably used by 2 adults with children, or 3 adults sharing the suite.

A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Enjoy a large parking space, separate entrance, and privacy from the main house with kitchenette. There is a creek/water ditch that runs from April to November that flows most of the time, creating a gentle creek sound that wraps around the studio apartment.

Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
