The Bothy, converted from a grain store on a working farm at Wilcote Manor, in a quiet, beautiful hamlet on the edge of the Cotswolds - fabulous walks from the door. The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. An ideal retreat for artists / writers or Cotswold visits, and garden tours , with nearby London rail links via Charlbury (GWR) or Oxford.

Recently decorated with Farrow and Ball colours, our home has many designer touches, as well as a collection of art and photography books. You may find a Soho House robe or two… Fast wifi and smart TV (for when you have finished reading all the books 😉)

Syringa, Sheep Street Charlbury

Beautifully renovated 17th cent cottage. Situated in Sheep Street Charlbury, a few doors down from The Bull Inn. Peaceful, tranquil and centrally-located. Double bedroom (super-king size), bathroom, large living room, dining room and kitchen. Private south facing back garden, with stone walls and apple trees. This is an old property with low doorways between rooms and a very steep stair case with hand rail (See pictures.) It is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.
