Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. Just 10 minutes walk from the famous fossil beach, 5 minutes from the local village shops, cafe, 2 pubs, playground, tennis courts and fish and chip shop. The cottage has a rustic charm, with an AGA and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen. The house has been recently refurbished and offers a bright, neutral theme.

The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. A unique space with a huge vaulted ceiling spacious kitchen, dining/ living area, modern integrated appliances and a beautiful oak floor. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.
