Self-contained studio flat. 10 min bus-ride to Addenbrookes hospital 15 min to centre of Cambridge 2 min walk to Tesco, good choice of restaurants, bakery, pharmacy This flat is attached to a bungalow but with a separate entrance. Quiet location with free off street parking included. The studio flat has a well-lit office area, a laundry machine and a food preparation area (microwave, sink and refrigerator). There is an extensive wardrobe area with pullout sections for convenient storage.

The Shieling, Fulbourn

This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Great base for work or visiting Cambridge

This stylish, modern house is the perfect place to stay, if working at the nearby Peterhouse Technology Park (arm), Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Addenbrookes hospital or simply visiting the historic City of Cambridge. Cherry Hinton Hall, High Street (for local amenities) and pub are all within walking distance. The historic city centre is just a short bus ride away with a wealth of sights, restaurants and bars. Go punting, see the University colleges or wander through the old streets.

The Studio

The Studio is perfectly located in Cambridge city centre. Available for stays for one person. It is small but cosy! Comprises of one room with it's own toilet/shower. It has its own entrance for occupants to come and go as they please. TV/Wifi are available along with a small fridge and kettle. The use of Hercules and Hera (bikes) are also available with a deposit. 30 minutes walk to the Biomedical Campus. 5 minutes walk to a bus for the Wellcome Genome campus or city centre.

Stunning city ‘cabin’, double with en suite

Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, air fryer, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

Located in a quiet residential street, the studio is within walking distance of the city centre and Addenbrooke's Hospital. Cherry Hinton Hall Park is a short stroll away. The self-contained studio comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a shower room, and a bedroom/sitting room with a double bed and an area to watch TV, relax, work or eat. Parking is available and guests are welcome to share the garden.
