If you don't follow Hot Tub rules I will charge a $1000 damage fee. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! I will charge $1000 damage fee if you smoke in my house. NO GLITTER!!!!! I will charge $25000 damage fee if you bring glitter.

The Boat House has 2 lofts, one double bed accessed by ladder and the other has stairs leading up to a queen bed, accommodating 4 people.
