Less than 20 minutes door to door for Paris central metro station (Chatelet Les Halles). Close to la Seine and lots of cool barges (restaurants, clubs, concert halls). Very quiet in a calm and safe neighborhood.

Également, c'est réellement mon appartement et non un bien uniquement loué. Sur demande, vous pouvez disposer d'un parking.
