Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental.
