Just a few minutes from Sam Rayburn lake, 25 minute drive to SFA university, 20 minutes from Lufkin. 1800 square feet with plenty of parking space and room for boats!

This home is nestled in a very secluded location on my rural family farm. Surrounded by trees, the home is well shaded and full of natural sights and sounds. The home is a spacious open concept, yet has cozy privacy for each guest bedroom. The interior decor is refined rustic and has furniture and accents that reflect the natural landscape. There are two bedrooms/1 bath up and a master bed and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 decks for outdoor activities.

Located steps away from the Historic Jones House, and a stones throw away from the Fredonia Hotel, you are also a short walk to the Fredonia Brewery, the Cottage Wine Bar, and all downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, a walk in shower and a designated laundry room. Enjoy either of our lovely cottages that sit side by side and were completed in October 2022.

The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.

Little Pine Cabin Sam Rayburn

Lakefront with convenience to town! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway for 2-4. Little Pine Cabin is located in a quaint compound on the shores of Lake Sam Rayburn, but conveniently situated to visit Lufkin (18 miles), Huntington (15 miles) and Nacogdoches (20 miles). The cabin has beautiful views of the lake and complete access to our expansive shoreline. Please note this is an open concept cabin. There are walls but no doors.

Lottie Mae’s Place gives off a warm cozy vibe with neutral colors and antiques. It has a glassed in front porch, a perfect place for morning coffee. It is located 5 minutes from historic downtown, SFA, by restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. If traveling for work it is within 5 minutes from several of the industry’s in town. Close to both hospitals. Smoking prohibited inside home or closed in porch.
