No Parties- please be respectful to our neighbors- quiet hours after 9pm. Minimum age to book is 21

This property is located on Old Hwy 90, near the Castroville post office. 960 sq ft of space featuring a king bed in one bedroom, a twin trundle in another and a futon in the center bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen and a spacious bathroom. This converted garage sits on the same property as Casa Arroyo. Outdoor space is shared with other guests who may be staying in the main house.
