The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!

The Piney House is a TINY house nestled on a hobby ranch located 5 minutes from I-40 and about 20 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Feels secluded but is 10 minutes from many restaurants and attractions. What we lack in size, we make up for in serenity-over the top cleanliness and all the extras you can think of.
