The property includes a fishing pond, as well as a creek (Bullskin Creek, thus the property name) which is great for wading in the summer. Beautiful mountain views and is close to ATV and riding trails as well as fishing in the South Fork of the Kentucky River.

Located only 1 mile from Manchester and half a mile from the Federal Correction Institution, the Cabin is in a rural setting yet close to everything. PLEASE NOTE: The Cabin is adjacent to a KY State Highway Garage and there’s no guarantee you won’t hear some heavy equipment noise sometimes. WiFi is 100 mbps. The Mennonite Bakery is less than a mile down the road and the swinging bridges and river are also nearby. Hiking, biking, walking and four-wheeling are all within an easy drive.
