Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. This is a Triplex - 3 seperate apartments, centrally located in Clearwater, FL near US Hwy 19 and Gulf to Bay Blvd (FL60). Clearwater Beach is a straight drive West (about 4 miles, or 15 minutes). This is a large 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for two, but can also sleep four with the sleeper sofa. There is covered parking, large backyard, screened in patio, where smoking is allowed. There is a full size kitchen, quality queen-size bed, and a fully stocked laundry room at no charge.
