Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

Come enjoy our beautiful lake house on the Lake of the Ozarks. Great for hosting your family & friends year round. Tucked away inside a quiet cove away from the boat traffic of the main lake, you will enjoy beautiful views from the deck overlooking the main channel. Enjoy a new dock with boat slip, outdoor fire pit area, and indoor bar. There are multiple restaurants and bars nearby along with a marina for boat gas and drink/ice refills. The flat lot gives you easy access to the water and plenty of space to play yard games or have a campfire down by the sun deck. You'll love the babbling fountain and the spacious deck. The pool table, smart TVs and board games offer entertainment after a day out on the water. NEW game room recently added - ping pong, foosball, bball arcade, and play cafe!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Approximately 1/2 hour from Warsaw, in a quiet cove perfect for relaxing. This cozy 2 bed, 1 bath is nestled back in the trees and rocks making it feel private and secluded with WIFI, tv and free parking. Guest can enjoy nature, fishing, kayaking and swimming. Grill on the BBQ or cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Guest can enjoy indoor/outdoor dining, play yard games and sit around the fire pit for an end to a cozy evening.

The townhouse has a primary suite on the main floor and two great bedrooms in the basement! In the summer Lake season, relax with the whole family while the kids play in the quiet cove. The two family rooms on separate levels allow for different activities during the same time.
