The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. TinyZen is located about 40 metres from main house. However you will still enjoy privacy in the tiny house, with a private back deck with views to the hills and coast & beautiful views of Thistle Island, Sleaford and Fishery Bays. Pets are allowed (not inside & it is not a fenced yard)
