There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

The Historic Hotel on Main-The Lauren Suite

Newly renovated! Boutique hotel located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in downtown Comfort. Our 1890 Hotel has been lovingly restored in April 2018. The Lauren Suite is located on the second floor, a quick trip up the exterior staircase. Your private entrance leads to a relaxing living/dining area. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, two bedroom, and two bath suite. This suite has two, large flat screen TVs with Direct TV. Walking distance to wedding venues, restaurants, shops and wineries.

The cozy 1 king bed /1 full bath apartment also has its own washer/dryer, as well as a private fully fenced in patio, perfect for those traveling with their furry friends.

The Retreat at Briaroaks

You can also enjoy a nice BBQ in the outdoor cabana furnished with a Blackstone grill, full-size refrigerator and outdoor TV. It's also the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful bookcation or stay in and binge-watch all your favorite movies and shows. This slice of heaven is the perfect quiet getaway to relax and unwind.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

This is one of few places in the Hill country that is 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg and feels like your in the countryside. Its located on 43 acres, offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream.

Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.
