This spacious peaceful and private home on 5 acres is great for unwinding & relaxing whether it is enjoying the day by the incredible pool/spa or stargazing at night. Far from the noise and pollution of city life. You can spend a weekend or a week away from work life because you deserve it. Please come and relax at our little lake house. Nestled at the end of a dead end on one of CT’s cleanest lakes, Columbia Lake. Purchased in the summer of 2024; the entirety of the home has been professionally renovated. A quick 15 minute drive to both UCONN and Eastern, the property is both secluded, but not too far from the beaten path. Close to local bakeries, antiquing, biking and walking trails; you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing time away. You’ll love Our Little Lakehouse.

Wake up to the morning sun over the lake in the loft, or rise after the sun in one of the two back bedrooms. After a hike on the trails, kayaking up the lake into conservation land, or fishing off the dock, relax in the hot tub. The lake is a pristine 188-acre retreat located in Lebanon and Hebron, CT. Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, and sunbathing are all activities you can enjoy.
