Originally built in the late 1800s as a two room cabin, this historic cottage is known locally by many names such as the Gingerbread House, Hansel & Gretel House, or the Elf House. You will love this whimsical and cozy home full of historic details. And now no additional cleaning fee!. also, the water is from our deep well: tested, certified.... And delicious!

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This 100 year old bungalow serves as my private hair and photography studio when it's not moonlighting as a short-term rental! But don't worry...you will have the entire place to yourself!
