Unique IgluPod near Sligo

Tranquillity meets luxury glamping in our stunning IgluCabin, perched high in the hills near Geevagh, 20 mins from Sligo town. Sitting above the valley we are always stunned by the silence and sunsets that bless our location. The pod itself is beautifully designed in shiplap wood, the interior offers a cosy bedroom area, a kitchen with smart use of space, a living and dining area with lots of natural light from a panoramic window and a bathroom with shower. Traditional craftwork inside and out.

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s Wi-Fi but no television , just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continent breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER

Wild strawberry Shepard’s Hut with Hot Tub

Beautiful shepherds hut powered by solar for an off grid experience along the Wild Atlantic Way situated on Connemara farm land located 20 minutes from Galway city and 10 minutes from Oughterard and Lough Corrib. Sleeps 3 with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette with running water and gas hob, separate fire pit/BBQ area and outhouse with toilet, sink and heated shower. There is a small wood burning stove in the Shepherds hut with kindling provided. Towels and bedding are also provided.

Unique Hot-tub Chalet with Balcony Views

ÈALÚ direct Irish translation for ESCAPE is the name of this unique place. This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

The Blue Yard

The Blue Yard is a tiny home on the beautiful drive-on island of Aughinish, 12 km outside the sea-side town of Kinvara, named one of the top ten beautiful villages in Ireland. Aughinish Island is accessed by a 1 km causeway (not tidal) and is an area of unspoilt beauty with local pebble beaches a five minute walk away and the sandy beach of Traught a ten min drive away (8 km). You'll be staying on the Clare-Galway border with both the wildness of the Burren and Galway city at your doorstep.

Perfect for visiting The Cliffs of Moher, this one bedroom apartment with patio area, offers a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, cotton bedlinen, towels, toiletries and cooking basics. Set at the back of my old cottage, offering plenty of privacy, overlooking the vegetable garden and apple trees. Ideal for coastal walk to The Cliffs, ferry to Aran Islands, Doolin with it's mix of traditional music pubs & fine dining. Lahinch beach and The Golf Club. The Burren National Park is 30 min away.

A cosy self contained cottage for 2 in a rural, picturesque off road setting with gorgeous Burren views. Double bedroom, large shower room, comfortable sitting room and fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking a meal or two. Easy access to all the Burren's attractions as well as Galway, Shannon and Limerick. Close to the sea and local beaches, Aillwee Caves, Cliffs of Moher, Burren Perfumery and Chocolatier. A great place to come back to after a day exploring all the area has to offer.

Barngables Stone Cottage, Connemara, Co. Galway

Barngables Tiny Cottage is a cosy hideaway were you can really relax. The cottage stands in its own grounds alongside Barngables Stone House which is listed separately. Just a 25 minute drive from Galway City and set in Connemara which is renowned as an area with stunning scenery the cottage is in a perfect location to explore the West of Ireland. Lough Corrib, where wild trout can be caught lies at the bottom of our lane. Oughterard is our bustling and picturesque local town.

Rushbrook Chalet

This is a small yet bright and airy studio chalet with a large veranda that serves as an extension of the living area allowing for alfresco dining, relaxing down-time overlooking a natural, calming vista or an opportunity for some early morning yoga stretches for those so incline.The setting is tranquil and secluded, approx 7km from Westport town and 2 km from a local shop. Food is supplied for a light continental style breakfast.

Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.

The Cabin Leenane

Comfortable and cosy cabin on the Wild Atlantic Way, 5 minutes walk from Leenane village and Killary Fjord. 15 minutes drive to the Connemara National Park and Kylemore Abbey. The cabin sits in a mature garden with a stream at the bottom. This is an ideal base for walking, hiking, cycling holidays and local adventure events. Alternatively just get away, digitally detox, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
