Tiene un precioso patio desde el que se puede ver una de las fortalezas que rodean la ciudad Esta situado en un barrio marinero, pescador y flamenco. Cerca de la playa de Cala Cortina y del puerto y a tan sólo un corto paseo hasta el casco histórico. La estación de autobús y de tren están también muy cercanas. Muy bien comunicado.
