Great hiking, biking, golfing, boating, skiing, snowmobiling and more! We are in the middle of 2 ski hills - the Fernie Mountain and family friendly ski hill in Kimberly. Bring along your snowmobile or side by side to explore the back country! Lake Kookanusa is the main summer attraction.

Perfectly location in Kimberley, nestled between the Trickle Creek Golf Course and the Kimberley ski resort. A short walk from the base of the ski hill. Perfect for large groups. There are 7 individual beds, and can sleep up to 12 persons, depending on sleeping arrangements. There are 4 thick floor mats if needed. Oversized heated garage is fantastic for dressing in and out of ski clothes. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and cutlery, large and small appliances.

This three-level 3,000 sq. ft. property includes six bedrooms, three full baths and comfortably sleeps fourteen guests. Having said that, the local government authority of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) limits occupancy to ten. This is none negotiable.
