Apartmán je ideální pro 6 osob, další 2 osoby se vyspí na rozkládací pohovce. Každá z ložnic má balkon, z obývacího pokoje lze vyjít na velkou terasu se stolem, posezením a výhledem na moře. V zahradě mají hosté k dispozici plynový gril, vířivku, stůl na stolní tenis, šipky atd.

Apartment is located on the ground floor in the first row to the sea. It has two rooms with double beds, bathroom, kitchen + living room and large terrace. It's completely new and fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor pool (both food and pool for reasonable price - not included in the price of the apartment).

In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
