There is a porch attached to the back of the kitchen overlooking the beautiful lake! Please note: There is no lake access. Full basement with washer and dryer and a sitting area with games and dart board. No pets

Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

Rustic Barn Studio Apartment

Built from a saved, moved, & reconstructed 1850s- era barn from a former local dairy farm, this upstairs studio space features views of the Berkshire Mountains and walking paths on the 5 acre grounds. 20 mins from Jiminy Peak. 20 mins from Tanglewood Music Center. The space has a queen bed, sofa, kitchen area with fridge, sink, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig and coffee, toaster, and cooking essentials. **EV Charging Station coming sometime summer of 2023. We'll update when available.

Wake up to bald eagles soaring past floor-to-ceiling windows in the lakefront great room. Relax by the fireplace or unwind in the cozy TV room. A spacious kitchen makes cooking easy. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen, all w/ desks) + 4 full baths (3 w/ showers, 1 w/ tub). Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, seasonal lake access, dock, and deck. The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

The Hobbit House at June Farms

Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! From June 1 - Labor Day, the bar & restaurant is open most days for you to enjoy (check our calendar to be sure). We look forward to meeting you!

Large bohemian loft: The Chromium Compound

Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. Note that sounds from outside and adjacent apartments may bother light sleepers, so don't book this one if that is a concern for you. Also parties are not allowed because of close neighbors! Thanks!

Off street parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. My home is a quick 5 min walk to Emma Willard School, 1.5 miles to RPI, and 2 miles to Russell Sage College.
