There are buses from directly outside the property. Set in beautiful, peaceful woodlands, looking out over acres of uninterrupted fields, a stream alongside for you to explore. Surrounded by wildlife, animals, onsite parking and a shop 2 mins walk.

Step outside and be enveloped by nature and enjoy sitting in front of a fire pit or have a BBQ or a relaxing hot tub (EXTRA CHARGE!). Acorn Hut has everything you need to stay comfortably and is particularly suited for nature lovers. Its small Hobbit wood burner will keep you snug and warm on a cold evening. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Forest Ponies, Deer and wildlife will pass by as you relax in the large fenced garden. The cabin has direct access on to the New Forest allowing you to explore, walk, cycle or horse ride. Based on the border of the New Forest the cabin is easily accessible from the A31. Close to Bournemouth beaches, the Jurassic Coast or Peppa Pig World for day trips.

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.
