The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Escape to your own little bit of luxury in the stunning Surrey Hills, conveniently about an hour from London, and stay in one of our two gorgeous shepherd's huts. We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. Small to medium dogs are also welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

Pool Cottage, peaceful retreat close to London.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We have dogs and there are cows / sheep in local fields - country life!

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.
