The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.
