Welcome to our beautiful, newly renovated property in the heart of old-town Paroikia. We offer well appointed rooms and a central location on a quiet pedestrian street next to the Panagia Ekatontapiliani church and Archaeological museum. From here you can easily explore the charming streets of the old town, the nearby beaches and excellent links to other parts of the island and nearby Antiparos. Please note that the Pelican adheres to all the necessary health and safety protocols.

Villa Maria-Syros, is a listed neoclassical mansion, full of old world charm in the heart of the historical town. Within short walking distance from art galleries, museums, cafes and restaurants, a food market, the town's loveliest spot for swimming and the port. The roof terrace have panoramic views over the town, the port and across to the neighbouring islands. Behind the villa is a courtyard with plants, built-in seating and a shaded dining area.

Bonsai suite is a hidden gem, close to the city center and the crowd but also so peaceful. It's just 1km away from Fira's main square, the capital of the island. Daily breakfast can be served in the suite (with an extra cost). There is also free parking available.
